IWTA Richmond Hill is offering a Kid’s Class Programme this summer, running from July 2nd to August 29th.
Kids here can develop in an environment of discipline, team work, creativity and fun!
You are probably asking “How so?” Well, between 3:30pm and 5pm Mondays to Fridays, you can expect kids go through:
- a progressive and well paced program
- warm up and cool down work outs
- self-defence techniques
- role playing and applications of self defence
- develop a greater sense of self respect by respecting others
- discipline through high standards of ettiquete
- building up stamina
- building up self control, strength and speed
All of this available as little as twice a week for $80/month or all five days a week for $150/month.
